Today, at Planet Singer, we have the great pleasure of diving into Wibby White’s world with an exclusive interview!

Wibby, thanks a lot for being with us today! We are thrilled to know more about your artistic journey so let’s start from the very beginning! When did you discover your passion for music?

My Passion for music began as a child, 10 or 11 years old.

Your latest single, “This Time Baby (Retro Radio Mix),” is such a great release! Can you tell us more about it?

This single represents the Album, The Art Of Nostalgia/ Bridging EDM, Disco, and Soul.

Where do you find your inspiration?

My inspiration comes from my childhood, A time That Represents the very essence of my spirit, Freedom, and Creativity held captive by my Imagination.

EDM that invades the Disco World! What a great mix! Can you tell us more about this intuition? Was it a natural transition or the spark of a moment that gave you this idea?

This is a Theme I incorporated on my last two releases, His Name is Wibby White 2021 and Black Disco Baby 2014, Long before Beyoncé’s EDM, Disco Soul Journey.

If you could travel back in time, what would you say to young Wibby taking the first steps into music?

You’re going to have to Discover Yourself; Don’t waste time waiting for a producer, manager, or record label to discover you, be an independent Boss, be an Executive Producer with your own Vision and Production Company; you can do it!

Are you planning to play live shows anytime soon?

My crew is ready: Dancers, choreographers, and backup singers are preparing for our live show to open in October 2022, Live.

Your style is pretty unique; can you reveal what your creative process is? How does your music come to life?

First, allowing myself to enjoy other Genres of music & Artist without feeling like I have to duplicate what is going on with everyone else. My creativity, thankfully, is filled with direction. My vocals are recorded in Miami, and my long-time producer and Music collaborator Dennis Nieves of DE menace Music in Canada makes it complete.

If you could collaborate with one of the artists who influenced you the most, who would you like to share a song or the stage with?

There are so many; however, to have a superb collaboration, I would work with an Artist from today’s Era; it would have to be Lady Ga Ga.

What are your plans for the future?

Release the Album/ The Art Of Nostalgia. Press, Media, Radio, Showcases Tours Festivals, Video, Live Performances.
